  • Kalakshetra extends ‘Free Shipping’ on all merchandise for shipping within India. Deliveries outside India are charged upto Rs.2,500 per saree.

  • Customers are requested to provide an accurate, complete and valid address and pin code while checking out, as we would not be liable if any incorrect address is provided and no refunds may be claimed by the customer for any delay in delivery of the products, which was caused due to reasons beyond our control.

  • We rely on trustworthy transport services and suitable services will be arranged if the destination is inaccessible by usual carriers, provided that the customer gives the complete mailing address and order details to care@Kalakshetra.xyz.

  • All our products are quality checked and come in a tamper proof packaging. Please do not accept or open the package if it is tampered or damaged. During such instances, we request you to take photos of the tampered/damaged area, not sign acceptance of the package, and return the package back to the carrier. Should you accept such a package, it will be deemed that the product was received in a good condition.

  • For international customer’s, the VAT/ Import Duties/ Local Taxes are borne directly by the customer, to be paid at the time of delivery. These taxes will be chargeable over and above the product price you pay. These charges are ungovernable as they differ from country to country according to local rules and regulations.

  • All prices are inclusive of GST.

  • If the order placed by the customer includes multiple products, then we combine them in a single box before shipping takes place. If the customer requires them to be packaged separately, please call us at +916300969475 or write to us at care@Kalakshetra.xyz along with your order number. Packaging and shipping the products in individual boxes may incur an additional charge.

  • If your order contains a gift and would like us to include a note along with it, please send us an email along with your order number and the message to care@kalakshetra.xyz.

  • If the express shipment is requested, charges will apply which the customer will be required to pay in the transit invoice. The request is accepted only on the provided contact number and mail id which is +916300969475 or write to us at care@kalakshetra.xyz.

  • Delivery times mentioned are indicative only. In rare cases deliveries might be delayed due to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.

Delivery can be delayed due to some unforeseen circumstances during the COVID time or any uncertain situation and that shall be informed clearly as well.

Shipping Policy

  • Kalakshetra allows a return only if the product is damaged or defective and the return request should be raised within 2 days of receiving the product by contacting customer care. Customer should return such product(s), within 7 (Seven) working days of receiving it, subject to the condition that, such product(s) is/are returned in a saleable condition with the price and info tags intact, the original folds and packaging retained, in an undamaged/unused condition.

    Any cancellation after the check-out process done shall be completed within 7 Working days and 90% of the amount shall be duly refunded due to the active taxes and expenses occured to Kalakshetra on the order processing.

  • In order to initiate the process of returning the products purchased on the Website in accordance with the 7 (Seven) working days return policy, the Customer has to raise the return request by contacting the customer desk via email or phone within 2 days of receiving the product. Notwithstanding anything contained in this policy, no Customer requests for return of products purchased on the Website will be entertained, unless the Customer raises the Return request within 2 days of receiving the product.

  • Damages occurred due to improper product care and usage can be voidable as per Kalakshetra’s return policy.

  • Replacement of the products tendered on the Website is subject to inspection and checking by Kalakshetra’s assigned quality check team.

Kalakshetra has outlined the following procedure for a hassle free return:

  • Customer must raise the request by contacting our customer care at +916300969475 or write to us at care@Kalakshetra.xyz explaining the issue along with an image of the product.

  • Following the acceptance of the request from Kalakshetra to return, Customer must immediately courier the product to the designated address: Kalakshetra, Sravya’s, 18/138-A-9, Sanghavi Shopping Complex, Nehru road,

  • Customer must mention his/her name, order number and mobile number, on the top of the packaging in which the product is couriered in accordance with the aforementioned procedure. Customer must ensure that the original receipt/invoice is included with the product when sending it to Kalakshetra through designated courier.

  • If Customer is sending the product intended to be returned back by post, returns should only be sent through a company designated carrier.

  • If the Customer has any questions in this regard, he/she may feel free to contact Kalakshetra at +91 6300969475 or write to us at care@Kalakshetra.xyz.

  • If the Customer decides to send us an e-mail, it must contain the comprehensive details of of the defects/complaints of the product delivered to you. Please note that Kalakshetra shall examine the returned products for all such defects/variations, on the basis of the Customer’s e-mails.

  • Not withstanding any conditions set out here, while returning or exchanging the products, Customer must furnish a proof of purchase such as shipping invoice, gift receipt or member purchase history.

  • On receipt of the product from the Customer in the manner described above, Kalakshetra in its sole discretion will decide whether to issue a credit note/voucher that can be redeemed against any other future purchase on the Website, or to offer an alternative product (of such price, which is equal to or less than the price at which the product intended to be returned was sold) of the Customer’s choice in exchange, or to reject such request for return. Further, the Customer shall bear and pay for the courier charges incurred by Kalakshetra while implementing the 7 (Seven) day return policy. If the mistake is on our side, we shall return your courier charges through credit note/voucher. (courier not to pay or pay) – include the pick policies and charges.

  • Damages occurred due to improper product care and usage can be voidable as per Kalakshetra’s return policy.

  • On receipt of the product in the manner described above, if Kalakshetra in its sole discretion finds that the product is ineligible for return, Kalakshetra will contact such Customer through his/her registered email-ID or phone number with further instructions. In case, Kalakshetra decides in this regard to return the product back to such Customer, then such Customer shall bear and pay for such courier charges.
